Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream with minced garlic until it simmers. Remove from heat.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle with half of the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, cream mixture, and cheeses.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
