Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, and red chili flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
