Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, and red chili flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
