Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mango, diced
  • 1 cup Cooked prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mango, prawns, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and mint.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
