  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and chili flakes until sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to combine.
