Instructions
Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour in the Szechwan sauce and soy sauce, stir well.
Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
