Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sweet Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Corn Kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Clams cooked and chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. Add the sweet potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the sweet potatoes are tender.
  3. Add the corn, shrimp, and clams. Cook until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for a few more minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
