Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup, and brown sugar.
  2. In another bowl, mix cornstarch and water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  5. Add bell pepper and pineapple chunks, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour in the sauce mixture and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
