Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, flour, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, tilting to spread it thinly and evenly.
  4. Cook until the edges start to dry and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
