Sunomono Japanese Cucumber and Seafood Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Cucumber thinly sliced
- 200 grams Seafood mix cooked
- 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted
1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the cooked seafood mix to the bowl.
3. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and soy sauce until the sugar dissolves.
4. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and seafood, and mix well.
5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
