Summer Corn Salad Recipe

- 4 ears Fresh Corn kernels removed
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 0.25 cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 0.25 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice, then toss to coat.
3. Add the chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
