  • 4 whole Lobsters cleaned and halved
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the lobster halves on a baking sheet and stuff them with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the stuffing is golden brown and the lobster is cooked through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
