- 4 whole Lobsters cleaned and halved
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Place the lobster halves on a baking sheet and stuff them with the breadcrumb mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the stuffing is golden brown and the lobster is cooked through.
