Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Lobster tails fresh or thawed
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Fill a pot with about 2 inches of water and bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Place the lobster tails in a steamer basket and set over the boiling water.
  3. 3. Cover the pot and steam the lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes, until the shells are bright red and the meat is opaque.
  4. 4. Remove the lobster tails from the steamer and let cool slightly.
  5. 5. Serve with melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
