Instructions

  2. 2. Bring the liquid to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add the crabs to the pot, layering them on the steamer rack. Cover the pot.
  4. 4. Steam the crabs for about 20 minutes, or until they turn bright red.
  5. 5. Remove the crabs from the pot and serve hot.
