Slaw Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Add the finely chopped jalapeño and mix well.
Let the slaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
