Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add minced garlic, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Cook for another minute.
Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and red beans. Bring to a simmer.
Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
