Main Ingredients
- 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 200 g Scallops small
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- 12 pieces Seafood Shells cleaned
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp and scallops, cook until opaque, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
5. Spoon the mixture into cleaned seafood shells.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
