- 1 lb Lump Crab Meat picked over for shells
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, hot sauce, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth.
Gently fold in the crab meat, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve warm with crackers or bread.
