Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Crab Meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 8 pieces Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Place a small amount of the mixture onto each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce of choice.
