Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 200 g Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup White wine
  • ¼ cup Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
  5. 5. Add the crab meat and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. 6. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet, mixing well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
