Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Crabs cleaned and cut
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 cups Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
  4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the oil separates.
  5. Add the cleaned crabs and mix well.
  6. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped cilantro.
