Ingredients 

Shrimp Marinade

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
  2. 2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
