- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- to taste Salt
- to taste Fresh parsley, chopped
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until the garlic is fragrant.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Season with salt to taste and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
