Spaghetti Lasagna Florentine with Crab

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb crab meat cooked and shredded
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup spinach cooked and chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce. Add a layer of cooked spaghetti, followed by a layer of the ricotta mixture, crab meat, spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
