Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb crab meat cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup spinach cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce. Add a layer of cooked spaghetti, followed by a layer of the ricotta mixture, crab meat, spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
