Southern Lobster and Shrimp Mac and Cheese

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups milk
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth. Cook for about 1 minute.
Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens and is smooth.
Add the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Stir until melted and smooth.
Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Add the cooked macaroni, lobster, and shrimp to the cheese sauce. Stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
