Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 units hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • ½ cup celery chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, fresh dill, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, celery, and red onion to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
