Sous Vide Egg Bites

Main Ingredients
- 6 large Eggs
- ½ cup Cottage Cheese
- ½ cup Shredded Cheese
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- ¼ cup Cooked Bacon Bits optional
Preheat your sous vide machine to 172°F (78°C).
In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into mason jars, filling each about halfway. Add bacon bits if using.
Seal the jars lightly (do not over-tighten) and place them in the sous vide bath. Cook for 60 minutes.
Remove jars from the bath and let cool slightly before serving.
