  • 2 pieces Lobster Tails fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup Butter unsalted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).
  2. 2. Season the lobster tails with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Place the lobster tails, butter, and minced garlic into a vacuum-seal bag and seal it.
  4. 4. Submerge the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Remove the lobster tails from the bag and serve immediately with the melted butter from the bag.
