  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice or White Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Milk

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and lemon juice (or vinegar).
  2. 2. Whisk together until well blended.
  3. 3. Add milk and whisk until mixture thickens.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
  5. 5. After 24 hours, stir the mixture. It should have thickened into sour cream.
  6. 6. Store in the refrigerator and use within a week.
