- 6 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 10.75 oz
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup milk
- 0.25 teaspoon pepper
Layer half of the potatoes, onion, and ham in the slow cooker.
Spread half of the soup over the layers.
Sprinkle half of the cheese over the soup.
Repeat layers.
Pour milk over the top.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
