Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes

Main Ingredients
- 6 cups Potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Grease the slow cooker with butter.
2. Layer half of the potatoes in the slow cooker.
3. Top with half of the onions, cheese, salt, and pepper.
4. Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, onions, cheese, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour heavy cream over the top.
6. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
