Slow Cooker Potato Soup

Main Ingredients
- 6 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 3 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Add potatoes, onion, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
3. Use a potato masher to mash some of the potatoes to thicken the soup.
4. Stir in heavy cream, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
