Main Ingredients
- 3 pounds corned beef brisket
- 1 large head of cabbage cut into wedges
- 6 medium carrots peeled and cut into chunks
- 8 small red potatoes halved
- 4 cups water
Place corned beef brisket into the slow cooker.
Add water to cover the brisket.
Add potatoes, carrots, and cabbage around the brisket.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove brisket and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with vegetables and some of the cooking liquid.
