Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter

Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Sirloin Steaks about 1 inch thick
- 4 tablespoon Butter unsalted
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust time for desired doneness.
4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
5. In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
6. Pour the garlic butter over the steaks and serve immediately.
