Singapore Chili Crabs Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 whole Crabs cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- ½ cup Chili Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
4. Pour in water and bring to a boil.
5. Add crab pieces, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
6. Stir in cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
