Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 whole Crabs cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • ½ cup Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
  4. 4. Pour in water and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add crab pieces, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
  7. 7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
