Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ½ lb Ground Pork
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and ground pork, stir-fry until the pork is cooked through.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
