Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 slices White bread crusts removed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix until it forms a paste.
  2. 2. Spread the shrimp paste evenly on the bread slices.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the bread, shrimp side down, until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another minute.
  5. 5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Cut into triangles and serve hot.
