Shrimp Toast Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make appetizer featuring shrimp paste spread on bread and fried to perfection.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 slices White bread crusts removed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix until it forms a paste.
2. Spread the shrimp paste evenly on the bread slices.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the bread, shrimp side down, until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another minute.
5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Cut into triangles and serve hot.
