Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 8 small Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded cabbage
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
4. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, then topping with shredded cabbage, sour cream, lime juice, and cilantro.
