  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, cook until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately.
