Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cooked Shrimp, chopped
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dill, chopped
  • ¼ cup Celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 4 Bread Rolls
  • 4 leaves Lettuce

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, celery, and red onion. Mix well.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Split the bread rolls and place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each roll.
  4. Spoon the shrimp salad mixture onto the lettuce leaves, then top with the other half of the roll.
