Shrimp Salad Sandwiches
A quick and easy shrimp salad sandwich recipe perfect for lunch.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Cooked Shrimp, chopped
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Dill, chopped
- ¼ cup Celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 4 Bread Rolls
- 4 leaves Lettuce
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, celery, and red onion. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Split the bread rolls and place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each roll.
Spoon the shrimp salad mixture onto the lettuce leaves, then top with the other half of the roll.
