  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. 4. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
  5. 5. Drizzle the lemon juice over the shrimp and toss to coat.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
