Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 24 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
  2. 2. Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. 3. Fold the wonton wrappers into triangles and press the edges to seal.
  4. 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
