Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Pico de gallo
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  4. Top the chips with the seasoned shrimp and shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with pico de gallo. Serve immediately.
