Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 package Unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup Cold water
  • ½ cup Hot water

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, mayonnaise, celery, and lemon juice.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in cold water, then add hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Pour gelatin mixture into shrimp mixture and stir well.
  4. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  5. Unmold onto a serving plate and serve chilled.
