Shrimp Mac and Cheese
A creamy, cheesy mac and cheese with succulent shrimp.

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon flour
- to taste salt and pepper
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook shrimp until pink and opaque. Set aside.
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted and smooth.
Add cooked macaroni and shrimp to the cheese sauce. Mix well.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
