Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook shrimp until pink and opaque. Set aside.
  3. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked macaroni and shrimp to the cheese sauce. Mix well.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
