Shrimp Linguine Alfredo

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
4. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Add the cooked linguine and shrimp back to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
