Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 large Egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same wok, add the chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Return the shrimp to the wok and mix well with the sauce.
  7. 7. Slowly pour in the beaten egg, stirring constantly to create egg ribbons.
  8. 8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
