Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onion. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender.
4. Return shrimp to skillet and toss with vegetables. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until heated through.
5. Serve shrimp and vegetables in warm flour tortillas.
