Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 Flour tortillas

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onion. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender.
  4. 4. Return shrimp to skillet and toss with vegetables. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until heated through.
  5. 5. Serve shrimp and vegetables in warm flour tortillas.
