Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions 

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool and peel.
  2. Cook the shrimp in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until pink, then cool.
  3. Chop the eggs and shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the chopped eggs and shrimp to the bowl and mix well.
  6. Serve on lettuce leaves.
