Shrimp Egg Salad Recipe
A simple and delicious shrimp egg salad that's perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool and peel.
Cook the shrimp in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until pink, then cool.
Chop the eggs and shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper.
Add the chopped eggs and shrimp to the bowl and mix well.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
