Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  2. 2. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
