  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, melted butter, minced garlic, white wine, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the shrimp in a baking dish and pour the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp, making sure they are well-coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
